Our membership of the largest “word of mouth” referral organisation worldwide sometimes springs a few surprises…..as a proud member of BNI (Business Networking International) we aim to fulfil any enquiry we receive in a timely and profesional manner. So, this morning at 8am we receive an enquiry to refurbish an empty bedsit flat in Reading that the landlord needs to relet. Within an hour we have viewed and submitted a quote-within 3 hours we are given the go-ahead and paint colours have been sourced. Within 24 hours the work will commence and a viewing is arranged for 1pm tomorrow by which time the majority of the repainting will have been completed to a professional standard-we are confident that the landlords’ agents will “seal a deal” without much delay….
