The weather still plays a big part in what we can do and what we cannot-decided to move away from the external painting on Friday owing to the prediction of rain and gales (which proved largely correct) to concentrate on refurbishing a one-bed flat. Will be finished tomorrow lunchtime so that it can be advertised to prospective tenants soon afterwards-weather set fair on Monday so back to the scaffolding. In the meantime will enjoy a roast Sunday dinner and the footie (oh, and a glass of beer)………….
